1. Lash nomination – nominations intended for eyelash extensions;
2. Lami appointment – appointments intended for the procedure of lamination of eyelashes and brow lift;
3. Fantasy Nomination – nomination for artistic, fanciful eyelash extensions with colored extensions;

IMPORTANT :
Entrants must respond to the categories for which they registered. In case of detection that a participant is not in the appropriate category, this will be grounds for immediate disqualification and will have to forfeit both the participation diploma and the prizes to be awarded during the Swiss Lash Forum event.

Only certified professionals with specialized training can participate in the SWISS LASH FORUM competition. Once participants are registered on REGISTRATION FORM, the participant will receive all the information by email.

A competitor has the possibility of participating in the minimum 2 nominations. If you wish to participate in more than 2 nominations, please consult the Championship.

Each participant in the championship must download the following documents and complete them:

1. Lash Check (to be chosen according to nominations and to be completed);
2. AUTHORIZATION FOR THE USE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC/VIDEO MATERIAL DURING THE COMPETITION signed by my model
3. Photo & Video Autorisation. The results of the competition will be announced by the SWISS LASH FORUM organization during the awards ceremony on September 27, 2024.

Each competitor will receive a championship certificate once they finally participate in the Swiss Lash Forum 2024.

The championship champions will receive a certificate, a trophy and various gifts from sponsors from the Swiss Lash Forum organization.

The Swiss Lash Forum organization asks all participants to respect a dress code for the duration of the event.

Participants accept the rules and conditions of the Swiss Lash Forum championship, when they fill out the form and mark “accept the terms and conditions of the championship”.

The videos and photographs, the event logo are the intellectual property of the event and are protected. Each participant must properly use photos and videos taken during the event. It is possible to use photos and videos, a logo with an official championship label or a label on official social networks.

The organization exclusively verifies the correspondence of the category of experience through the certificates required by the registration procedures. It will not carry out checks on the truthfulness of the declarations made by the participant and cannot be held responsible for any false or misleading declaration.

In the event of false or misleading statements causing harm to other competitors, if proven and demonstrated by other members or by people involved in the competition, the organization reserves the right to proceed against the participant who would have returned them, with disqualification and revocation of all awards.

Previous works published in magazines, on social media, etc. are allowed. But, of course, we encourage all participants to take the time to create new and beautiful works.

MAIN PROVISIONS OF THE SWISS LASH FORUM CHAMPIONSHIP RULES.

The championship aims to improve the professional skills of LASHMAKER beauticians.

The purpose of the competition: To show the profession in a creative, fashionable and high-demand beauty industry, to generate more interest in this unique direction of beauty, including LASHMAKER.

Before performing your pose on the model, the models must sign the Photos and Videos Authorization/Consent, in compliance with current legislation and the principles of accuracy, legality, transparency and confidentiality of images relating to their person.

The organization reserves the right to use photos of models and participants for purposes related to future projects or for industry magazines.

The awards ceremony will take place on the evening of SEPTEMBER 27, 2023, during the gala dinner (the time will be communicated by the organization later).

Places & Awards

For each application, there are three rankings (one for each experience category). Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each. The first three ranked will receive:

• A trophy
• A certificate of participation
• Sponsor gifts

Best Work

Each judge will award a personal trophy to a work that he particularly appreciates as the best. The Best Works do not follow the score, but the personal opinion of the judge.

The participant registered for at least 7 nominations will have the right to apply for the title of SWISS LASH QUEEN. The ranking will be obtained by adding the highest 5 obtained by each participant in the SWISS LASH QUEEN title.

• A PRIZE WORTH 700 EUROS;
• A special trophy;
• A certificate of recognition;
• A tiara.

Whatever the result, each participant will receive:

• GIFT BOX with gifts from all sponsors;
• Certificate of participation;
• Evaluation sheet, with comments and suggestions from the judges.

The organization reserves the right to disqualify any person who does not respect the provisions of the internal regulations or who aims to cause damage to the smooth running of the event.

• Any person arriving on site without proof of identity will not be able to register for the upcoming appointment and the congress.
• The organizers will be required not to accept registrations beyond the deadline set by the organization.
• Anyone who enters in an experience category lower than the current category will be disqualified.
• Respect all the characteristics and criteria of the application. If the jury finds non-compliance with the work will result in disqualification.
• If the jury finds very serious technical errors, it may consider a work “not evaluable” and, therefore, determine a disqualification.
• Anyone who adopts a disrespectful attitude towards the organization, competitors, participants, the jury or any operator present on site will be excluded from the entire event.

The SWISS LASH FORUM event is organized according to its own internal rules, chosen by the organization, which must be respected.

The Organization cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by participants to the detriment of other participants or to the detriment of models and cannot be held responsible for objects left unattended.

Each participant, in accordance with and for the purposes of the T.U. on privacy, declares to have been informed by the Organization and to know the provisions relating to the processing of their own personal data, authorizes their processing and communication to third parties only for commercial purposes and promotional.
